Here I share all about what I am wearing, cooking, reading, traveling to, what's on my heart and mind. And trust me, I hold nothing back! I am so happy you are here!
These months were a bit busier as Spring was in full force. I am getting bigger and more pregnant by the second it feels like haha! This pregnancy has definitely been much different than with Delta. Actually, every single part of it has been the opposite than with Delta! After finishing Delta’s room with trim and paint, we decided it was time for her to move into a big girl bed. She has loved it and done really well with the transition. It’s wild how the smallest of things make you so proud as a parent, but I truly am so proud of her- she is so easy going and always up for new things and changes 🙂
I was able to venture out to Round Top, Texas this year! I have skipped out the last few shows due to being pregnant with Delta and then living in the apartment, I just decided I wouldn’t go back until we had a house and I knew what I was going for. I left feeling so good about my purchases. I got a few big furniture pieces and lots of smaller decor pieces as well. Excited to go back for the Fall show!
We celebrated my SIL’s Baby Shower. She is due 2 days after me, which is so fun! We attended our friend Kevin’s birthday party and Delta chose to play on the playground designated for ages 10+ rather than the baby playground and I chose to let my anxiety go and let her do her thing! Spent time with Pappy and Great Alice, our cousin Demi-Jo, and did more fishing with Dad. Went to Great Granny’s and “checked the cows” a million times because that is Delta’s favorite.
I designed floral for a wedding, visited my Dad at the plant and checked production- Delta made sure everyone was in check and producing ample amount of product haha!
