Each morning, we typically stick to the same breakfast of oatmeal and fruit for Delta, maybe a sausage biscuit or something quick for me and Ranger. I wanted to switch it up a bit and see if Delta liked a smoothie! She has been a great eater and most everything she has tried, she has enjoyed. The smoothie was no different. In fact, she ties to CHUG this and I’m like “chill it out, girl!” But it really is so good! I am not a stickler about being healthy, but I do think this is a great way to get protein in, any veggies that you may not love to eat can be hidden in this for sure. I don’t keep measurements, I truly just eyeball it and when fruit is involved, I feel like you can’t go wrong. When in doubt, add another banana haha! Bananas are such a strong taste and can mask all the yuck…probably. Maybe. Also, we use fresh fruit, but this is still delicious with frozen!
